DO NOT TAKE EVENING PRIMROSE IF YOU HAVE ESTROGEN DOMINANCE! It increases estrogen production. After a period of regulation with progesterone, I read a review stating it aids sleep and tried it. Unfortunately, it disrupted my system in just 5 days, reviving my hot flashes. I am stopping it after learning about its effects on estrogen dominance. I regret not researching properly before taking this.

Great relief
It works for hot flashes. This was recommended to me for daily use along with Black Cohosh. I was told it would take a month to notice a difference; however, it took about six weeks before I began sleeping through the night. This is a huge relief after suffering hot flashes for five years.

Great product! I've noticed a definite decrease in my hot flashes using this. I take one 500 mg caplet three times daily as recommended by online research. I'll definitely order this again.
